Who we are
This website is operated by Spatial Brief. For any privacy question, email support@spatialbrief.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us:
- your name, company, email address and, if you provide it, phone number;
- information about your project, such as its location, sector, timescale and what you want to achieve;
- anything else you choose to include in your message.
Please don't include confidential project information or special category personal data in the form. If you need to share files, we'll agree a secure method with you.
How we use it, and why
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information, add you to a marketing list, or use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to us through service providers that act on our instructions, such as our website host, email delivery provider and, where used, customer relationship management software. They may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't lead to a project, we keep it for up to 24 months and then delete it. If it does, we keep project correspondence for as long as needed for the project and our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email support@spatialbrief.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them through the cookie banner, in which case Google Analytics may set cookies to measure how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time.
The interactive 3D models run in your browser. One model loads a typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to download it. No cookies are set by the models.
