How it works

Send what you have. We'll tell you what it can become.

You don't need a complete drawing package to start. You need to know what people must understand. We'll work out the rest with you, and write down what we've assumed.
  1. 01

    Send us what you have

A phone photo of a sketch, a marked-up PDF, a screenshot, dimensions or a few notes. No sketch at all? We can come to site and measure up.

  2. 02

    We draw it up

We turn it into a professional drawing, quickly, and flag anything that needs checking or confirming on site.

  3. 03

    Review

We issue it for your review and refine it where needed, so it's ready to send to your client.

  4. 04

Go further if you need to

Add 3D visualisation or an interactive walkthrough where it adds real value to the project.

Inputs

What we can work from

Usually a mix. A survey and some photos, or a PDF plan with a marked-up sketch on top. If it's on paper, we can photograph it. If it's in your head, we can talk it through.
  • A hand sketchEven a rough one
  • A marked-up PDFHighlighter and notes welcome
  • PhotographsOf the site, a drawing or a whiteboard
  • An existing planOld drawings or record plans
  • CAD filesDWG, DXF and similar
  • DimensionsMeasured or approximate
  • A written briefWhat it needs to show
  • Reference imagesExamples of what you like
  • SurveysMeasured or topographical
  • Swept-path analysisFrom your transport consultant

Accuracy

A model is only as accurate as the information behind it.

So we agree the level of fidelity at the start, and every model and drawing states what is measured, what is scaled and what is assumed. Not every model is survey-grade, and we never pretend otherwise.
Levels of model fidelity
LevelTypically built fromGood for
Concept visualisationSketches, ideas, written briefsEarly conversations, testing whether an idea works, getting everyone picturing the same thing.
Presentation modellingDesign drawings and client informationBoards, investors, occupiers and consultation, where clarity matters more than millimetres.
Measured visualisationMeasured dimensions, CAD and scaled drawingsLayouts and fit where key dimensions are known and stated, with scaled items identified.
Survey-based modellingMeasured building or topographical surveys, point cloudsExisting-condition baselines and refurbishment planning, to the accuracy of the supplied survey.
Technical visualisationSwept-path analysis, services and equipment dataMaking a consultant's technical analysis understandable without changing what it says.

Practicalities

What you get, and how you share it

A link, not a software install
Models run in any modern browser on desktop, laptop, tablet or phone. You can share the link with your team, board or neighbours.
Confidential where it matters
We agree with you how models are shared and who can see them, and we're happy to work under an NDA.
Drawings that match
Where drawings are in scope, they are produced from the same information as the model and issued as revisioned PDFs.
Assumptions in writing
Every model carries a note of what was measured, scaled or assumed, so nobody mistakes an illustration for a survey.

Start a project

Send us the sketch. We'll turn it into something you can send to your client.

A phone photo, a marked-up PDF or a few notes is plenty to start. No formal brief needed.
