About
Experienced construction people, using modern tools.
Why Spatial Brief exists
Good ideas often stall at the drawing stage.
On most projects someone knows exactly what they want: a layout, a new access, a better use of a building. What they don't have is the time, or the in-house design resource, to turn it into something they can put in front of a client, a board or a tender panel.
And even a good drawing doesn't always land. A flat plan can leave people unsure about scale, movement or how a space will actually work, which slows decisions down.
Spatial Brief fills both gaps. Send us the sketch, the mark-up or the brief, and we produce clear, professional drawings. Where it helps, we take them into 3D and an interactive walkthrough, so people can see exactly what is being proposed.
Professional credibility
Led by chartered construction and management professionals.
Spatial Brief comes from construction and project delivery. Our work is led by chartered professionals who understand site constraints, access, sequencing, buildability and the commercial decisions behind a drawing, so what we produce is grounded in how projects are actually built.

How we work
Principles we hold ourselves to
Truthful about accuracy
A model built from aerial imagery is not a survey, and we say so on the model itself. Where something is measured, we say that too.
Clear about professional responsibility
We visualise and document. Architectural, structural, transport, fire and statutory design stay with the appropriately qualified people, and we make their work easier to understand.
Useful to non-specialists
If a board member, neighbour or site operative can't understand it in a minute, it isn't finished.
Proportionate
Some projects need a full decision-support model. Some just need clean drawings or a straightforward 3D model. We scope to the question, not to the biggest possible job.
Start a project
Send us the sketch. We'll turn it into something you can send to your client.
A phone photo, a marked-up PDF or a few notes is plenty to start. No formal brief needed.
